SHIPMENTS

Your purchases will be shipped to the delivery address you entered when you created your account, so it is important that you take care when filling in these details. We ship to all destinations in mainland Spain. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The transport is carried out by a transport company, which will do the door to door service within 48/ 72h from our confirmation of shipment.. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been accepted and shipped.

Please note that local community holidays may affect the delivery of orders.

How will I receive my order?

When your order is delivered, you should check that everything is in accordance with your order. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, please indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier, and you will have to contact us.

RETURNS

How do I return my order?


You have 7 days from receipt to return your order as long as it is not a fresh or perishable product. We will not accept returns of products that do not come in their original packaging or with the seal broken, unless they are defective products.

We will check the returned products to confirm that they arrive in good condition before proceeding to reimburse the amounts, being the shipping costs non-refundable. If you have sent your order to someone else and they want to make a return, we will refund the amount in the same payment method and account from which it was made. We will proceed with the return within 30 calendar days of receipt of the return order.


No returns or exchanges are allowed on items purchased online in our physical shops.


What can I do if I receive a wrong or faulty order?

In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by e-mail, indicating the error or defect along with your personal details. We will proceed with the return or replacement (if applicable) as soon as possible within 30 days after you receive our confirmation email.

The amounts that have been paid for those products that are returned because of a defect or fault, when it really exists, will be fully refunded in the same way in which the payment was made, including the delivery costs that you have previously paid and the costs derived from the return shipment. If the error is due to the transport, or the packaging does not arrive in good condition, you must state this on the delivery note that the carrier will make you sign.
